We Walk Together: Cathedral of Hope at the Dallas Pride Parade
Rainbows Don't Wash Away
Pride is one of the most visible ways we embody who we are as Cathedral of Hope: a people rooted in faith, hope, and love — and committed to showing up boldly for LGBTQ+ lives.
This year, we will once again walk together in the Dallas Pride Parade, offering a public witness that queer joy, sacred dignity, and beloved community belong together. Whether this is your first Pride march or your fiftieth, we are grateful you are part of this moment.
Below is everything you need to know to celebrate with us.
When & Where
Saturday, June 6, 2026
Please arrive by 5:30 PM
Civic Garden Park
Look for Cathedral of Hope leaders and signage once you arrive. We are registered as a walking group, but we will have our CoH Outreach Van.
What to Expect
• There may be waiting time before the parade begins, and it may be hot.
• Please wear comfortable shoes.
• Bring water, sunscreen, and anything you need to care for your body.
What to Wear
Many will be wearing Cathedral of Hope Pride shirts, but please don’t let that be a barrier. Rainbow colors, joyful expression, and comfortable clothing are all welcome. Dress for a celebration! (And while it may be hot, this is a family / children friendly event. Please dress respectfully)
Why We March
We walk because visibility matters.
We walk because faith belongs in public spaces.
We walk because love deserves to be seen.
When Cathedral of Hope shows up at Pride, we proclaim with our bodies and our joy that LGBTQ+ people are holy, beloved and worthy exactly as we are.
Thank you for being part of this witness.
f you have questions, please reach out to Rev. Andria or Chuck Norcross.
We can’t wait to walk with you.
