  • Lent Class - Good Enough | Every week on Monday (02/23/26 - 03/30/26) 7pm - 8:30pm

    Monday, February 23, 2026 - March 30, 2026 | 7:00pm - 8:30pm | Every week on MONDAY

Christian tradition is fractured along denominational lines on the idea of our faithful “perfection.” Some would say we are terrible; some would say we can attain perfection, and still others would say we are already perfect.

We will not settle centuries of Christian debate about how good we are except that it is somewhere between the extremes: everything and nothing. Perfection is impossible, but transformation isn’t. The choice is up to us. We want to have enough desire to reach for a faith that is never perfect but is good enough.

This sermon series, life groups, and this class are based on the book Good Enough by Kate Bowler & Jessica Richie

  • Jazz Sunday | 02-15-26 | 8:30am & 10am

    Sunday, February 15, 2026

You’re invited to celebrate Mardi Gras Sunday with us on February 15, 2026, at Cathedral of Hope! Join us for worship at 8:30am and 10am as we fill our sanctuary with joy, music, and the vibrant spirit of New Orleans.

This special Jazz Sunday will feature the phenomenal Stockton Helbing New Orleans Band, bringing soulful brass, rich rhythms, and infectious energy that will lift hearts and move spirits. Expect a worship experience that’s lively, meaningful, and full of hope.

Mardi Gras is more than a celebration—it’s a moment to savor joy and community as we stand on the threshold of Lent. As the music swells and the colors shine, we’ll also honor this sacred turning point, preparing our hearts for the reflective journey ahead.

Come as you are, bring a friend, and join us for a morning of celebration, connection, and spiritual renewal. Let’s rejoice together before we step into the season of Lent—all are welcome!

  • Pancake Breakfast | 02-15-26

    Sunday, February 15

On Sunday, February 15, 2026, we invite you to gather with us for a joyful Mardi Gras Pancake Breakfast in support of our Youth Ministry! This fun and family-friendly celebration is a wonderful way to connect with one another, enjoy great food, and help nurture the next generation of leaders at Cathedral of Hope.

Bring your family, invite your friends, and welcome your neighbors as we serve up delicious pancakes, savory sausage, and fluffy eggs in the Interfaith Peace Chapel, conveniently scheduled between worship services. It’s the perfect opportunity to linger, laugh, and share a meal together in the spirit of Mardi Gras hospitality.

Every plate served helps make a difference. All proceeds from the breakfast will support our Youth Ministry programs in 2026, empowering our youth through faith formation, community engagement, and meaningful experiences throughout the year.

You may register in advance or simply pay at the door on Sunday (cash, check, or credit card accepted).

  • Ash Wednesday | 02-18-26

Blessing Bags

Next assembly date/time to be announced

Have you ever driven past a person in need and wondered what you could do to help? A blessing bag is a small assortment of basic toiletries and snacks in a sealable plastic bag. Keep one or two in your car to have on hand!

Several times a year, we gather to create blessing bags for our neighbors in need. We’ll provide the items. You provide the people power. All ages welcome! You can pick up Blessing Bags to distributed on designated Blessing Bag Sundays or by calling the church office.
