Have you been considering ways to add to your repertoire of spiritual practices? The labyrinth is one of the oldest contemplative tools known. Walking a labyrinth focuses your spirit and imagination to reflect and meditate on matters that confound us.
A Labyrinth is Not a Maze
It is designed to confuse or frustrate you. There is one way in and one way out. This takes away any distractions thinking about where to go next.
It can be walked at whatever pace the walker desires with most people completing the labyrinth within twenty minutes to an hour. It can be done individually or in groups.
WALK. BREATHE. REFLECT. PRAY.
This walking meditation can deepen our relationship with God and
the mysteries that surround us.
